A Chic Approach To Baking! I am not much of a Betty Crocker kind of a gal. And not because I don't want to be. I work full-time, so by the end of the day I am straight-up beat and ready to go to bed. However, things may change; today I am featuring chic aprons that might encourage me to 'werk it' over the stove more often. And here's the crazy thing, these aprons are so super stylish that I would wear them out in public, like to a cocktail party! Is that weird? Tweet me.

Polka Dot Pants: Katie Gets It Right ... Again!

Style Notes |  Only a few folks can easily wear those daring, and at times, dreadful trends and rock the hell out of 'em. Katie Holmes is definitely in that bunch! 

In the featured photo Katie makes wearing polka dot pants look so effortless ... and probably have some wondering whether or not they themselves can look just as fierce as she. I say, good luck trying! I've already seen some horrid attempts—ahem—January Jones.

Beyoncé Wears Two-Toned TurtleNeck Dress By Marc Jacobs - Is It Really A Miss?

Style Notes | Beyoncé was recently spotted in Paris on Easter Sunday wearing a two-tone turtleneck dress from Marc Jacob's Fall 2011 RTW Collection—and she is unfortunately getting negative 'style choice' reviews. In fact, according to a StyleWatch people poll, 76% said the look is a miss. But is it really?

My Thoughts: This photo did not capture the best facial expression. But who doesn't have a blahzay picture buried somewhere in the basement? I bet we all have a few. 

In regards to the dress though, I can't say that I hate it. The two-tone color does not bother me; and the polka dots do not bother me. But I chuckled when I read the following comment: WHY is she wearing a FALL outfit in the spring? That's a good question, because [it is] a bit dark for a spring day.

Other commentators felt as though 'B' wasn't wearing the outfit—that the outfit was wearing her—and that Rihanna would have rocked it better. hmm interesting point.

Again, I don't hate the dress. I like the overall concept. And not particularly concerned with the season in which she wore it in, or that her face is ... eh.
